Working with organizations to foster productive environments through mental health approaches is an opportunity to affirm the organization’s goals and their contribution to the society. Creating a culture of mental health is an avenue for redefining mental health and breaking the stigma to allow millions of people who devote hours and hours of their effort to work, not only to support their dreams but build (their) families and communities at large. By accessing resources that support their
well-being, we increase the chances for optimal productivity as we celebrate each employee’s contribution in the organization.

Our Story
One of the most fundamental aspects about human existence is growth toward our human potential, which is achieved through personal development, work and the presence of social structures. Work is an expression of our abilities, strengths and yearnings and propels us to become better versions of ourselves as we interact with others.
By promoting mental health and preventing mental health conditions, we support human resource managers and employees realize their goals by utilizing the best practices in psychology and mental health to catalyze productivity at personal and professional levels.
Our Contribution

By implementing our programs and trainings, we contribute to the promotion of mental well-being and the prevention of mental health conditions which have been recognized as means to achieving the global priority for the reduction of premature mortality from non-communicable diseases (NCDs) by one-third.
The Kenya Mental Health investment case reported that in 2021, mental health conditions cost the Kenyan economy 62.2 billion Kenyan shillings (KES) (US$ 571.8 million), equivalent to 0.6% of the gross domestic product (GDP) in 2020. These annual costs include 5.5 billion KES in health care expenditure and 56.6 billion KES in lost productivity due to premature mortality, absenteeism and presenteeism. By fostering workplace mental health, we contribute to the achievement of higher levels of economic productivity, promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities and ultimately, sustain per capita economic growth in accordance with national circumstances.
